Up to 30% more prints
We say "up to" because it is only consistently true with certain printers. Real results vary, but as both our test results and independent test results show, up to 30% is a perfectly reasonable claim. In the most recent cartridges where OEM’s have also now started using a spongeless design, our yields are about the same as OEM cartridges.
...but how...?
No sponge, chip programmed to expend more ink. There is the same quantity of ink inside, but we use MORE of it. The software in the chip controls the amount of ink that the chip “thinks” we have in there.
Unique and Innovative
The unique and innovative individual ink tank system allows the user to replace just one colour in multi colour cartridges as and when required.
In cartridges without a chip, just replace just the colour that has run out, rather than replacing them all. In cartridges with a chip, you should replace all colours together, but by keeping those that are (often still completely full!), you can build up a full set and use them all up rather than waste them.
For really incredible special effects, you can even switch the colours around, or use left over inner cartridges in the wrong positions. (Though we recommend you wash the print head through with a PressIt Cleaning Cartridge afterwards)
