Every time I open eXpressit it is set to the letter format, which means I have to change it to the A4 format manually.

  • The program should maintain the settings you wish every time you open the program
  • Try going into your regional settings, and if the region selected is USA then it will reset to letter, and if it is UK it will set the size to A4
