How do I import designs from eXpressit 5.1 onto exPressit 2.1SE?

  • Unfortunately there is no way to import/open designs in versions of exPressit older than SE.
  • This is because another development company wrote everything up to and including 5.1.
  • Most of the initial functionality in SE was therefore reverse engineered from using an installed version of 5.1. This did not include deciphering the .xpr or .gds design formats.
