  • A good way to use a cleaner cartridge to unblock a nozzle is to draw a rectangle, almost the full size of the page, in paint and fill the rectangle with a colour (eg Magenta).
  • Then print the picture off with the cleaner cartridge in it. It should then force the cleaner solution onto the page clearing any blocked printer heads.
