Q. Why are the Peach 'Snap N Print' starter kits so expensive?
A. They contain the equivalent of three cartridges. Continued use of the upgrade printhead with ink tank twin pack give exponential lower costs compared with remanufactured cartridges.

Q. Do the Peach 'Snap N Print' ink tanks have the same print ink fill as the originals?
A. In most cases they contain more ink than the original. A detailed description of the ink fill is provided in the price list.

Q. Do the Peach 'Snap N Print' products have a shelf life?
A. Peach standard warranty is 1 year.

Q. If the Peach 'Snap N Print' product uses new printheads how does it avoid HP patent infringement?
A. The printhead is manufactured by HP and purchased by Peach.

Q. Why is there no recycle bag in the Peach 'Snap N Print' packaging?
A. At the end of its life, the printhead will be worn out and not suitable for recycling. This is the only reason empty OEM cartridges are recycled.

Q. What is the guarantee on the Peach 'Snap N Print' product?
A. PEACH products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months, from the date of purchase. If a defect should occur, we will exchange the defective product.

Q. Will using PEACH 'Snap N Print' cartridges affect the warranty of a printer?
A. The following HP guarantee statement only mentions refilled products, but would also apply to the PEACH 'Snap N Print' cartridges:

"Using refilled print cartridges alone does not affect either the warranty or any maintenance contract purchased from HP for its HP Inkjet printers."

A. No doubt they could be, but we would never recommend this, the low cost of the ink tank doesn't make this a huge economic viability anyway.
